If you are avoiding ice cream because it is also time for bathing suits, then you are going to love these delicious low-fat frozen Pina Colada Pops!

These Virgin Pina Colada Pops are a kid-friendly recipe that will satisfy the most demanding children’s palates, and you can even let the kids help you make them.  (A sure way to increase audience support :)

Whether you are looking for a sweet treat to cool you down or a guilt-free dessert, this is an easy recipe that will be a hit at any pool party or BBQ.

These frozen Pina Colada Pops will bring the tropical party to your mouth!

Pina Colada Pops Recipe: 

(Makes 6 servings)

Blend the following ingredients: 

  • 1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks, in juice
  • banana
  • 1 (10 oz) can coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze for 4-5 hours.  (don’t forget the sticks!)

  • If you have any of the pineapple, banana, etc. mixture left, pour it into an ice cube tray, cover tray with plastic wrap, and insert toothpicks into the center of each “cube.”
  • 10 1/2 ounces of bottled Pina Colada mix may be used in place of coconut milk.

Calories: 117 per pop :)
